AAA Air Support – Roll Forming Original Equipment Manufacturer
At AAA Air Support, we specialize in producing roll form aerospace parts. The process of roll forming uses a coil or strip of metal that is continuously passed through shaping rollers and dies to form a desired profile.
Our manufacturing capability allows us to produce aerospace roll form sections up to 75 feet in length. We have the flexibility to create custom, “one off” sections or higher volume production runs. Our roll form parts can be produced with several grades of aluminum, steel, or titanium with consistent tolerances kept as close as +/- 1 degree.
The following parts can be manufactured to any length or quantity required, as well as in any alloy and temper of material.
